Join me in my Palm Beach Kitchen to learn how to preserve the harvest, capturing the flavour and colour of seasonal fruit in a jar, including 'that' Apricot jam, an addictive cucumber pickle & more. We'll uncover the craft of preparing and cooking homemade jam and pickles, whilst understanding all things from setting points to storage. A fun, informative, hands-on class, with just six of us gathered around my kitchen table. Your ticket Includes freshly baked scones with just made jam, French cheese with pickles and fragrant tea, plus you'll take home jars of fruity sweetness you made.
